Retreat Night: Quiet Visibility for Job Seekers and Freelancers

For 10+ years, we’ve helped thousands of job seekers, freelancers and business owners overcome challenges and move their careers and businesses forward.

And even in these increasingly challenging circumstances, we know it’s possible for you to generate income and opportunities through your connections and relationships.

Our Retreat Night will help you put the pieces together to build conversations and relationships without turning yourself into a full time LinkedIn content creator.

Right now, people are struggling with:

  • Economic uncertainty

  • Political overwhelm

  • Asking for help

  • Finding ways to be visible in challenging times

In our 90 minute Retreat Night, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Reframe "networking" activities you dread into developing a professional eco-system

  • Unlock connections and conversations to create greater meaning and reciprocity

  • Draft and revise correspondence to make it an easy "yes" to respond to

  • Craft a strategic plan that will help you meet your career and visibility goals

  • Ask questions and get feedback in a small group of fellow mission driven professionals

This interactive workshop is designed for: mission driven professionals who are currently looking for new opportunities and would like structure, guidance, strategy, and encouragement for their next steps.

It is not for: robust personal support for your job search. It will be a collective space aimed at helping participants reframe "networking" and optimize their outreach strategy to build an impactful professional community.

You can expect: 80% strategy, 15% connection and camaraderie, 10% whimsy and fun. (Yes, that's 105%. We like to over deliver!)

Join our Quiet Visibility Retreat Night to and craft a plan to put yourself back in the driver's seat of your job search.

This Retreat Night is free for participants in our Job Search Community who join us before April 18th. Learn more by visiting us here.
