Why we’re launching professional development new services
It’s been almost a year and a half since we’ve created a new service - so it’s pretty exciting that we’re bringing two new professional development services this month.
You probably know us for helping people land new jobs - which we’ve done for nearly 8 years.
Over the years, our job search clients have returned to us for a variety of other career-related challenges including things like exploring or applying to graduate school, transitioning to a portfolio career, taking on leadership roles, and launching their own business.
And given how people are thinking differently about work and careers right now, we thought it made good sense to open these services up publicly.
We’re thrilled to share that we are adding Initiate and Pursuit to our offerings.
Both of these services include access to our Career Collective offerings, plus private Strategy Sessions with a Career Strategist on our team.
Here’s why we’re launching these new services:
To provide support for career growth and development on your own terms. We know more and more of you are thinking about your career beyond the job search. It can be scary to venture into unknown territory. Our team has the expertise to help you navigate a variety of career goals and challenges - and honestly, it’s time that our offerings reflect that.
To provide flexible and valuable ways to seek support. Sometimes you want to explore your options before committing. The initiate will provide the space and structure for that while Pursuit will offer longer-term support while you execute.
To grow our community. Just like our job search strategy services, you’ll get access to our community. That means our resources, our live calls, and the thoughtful people that work with us. Our goal is to offer more than career coaching - and including our community as a key component in our career development offerings is a huge part of that. If the strategy isn’t for you, the Career Collective is still a great place to get the support you need.
